After two failed attempts to go live with other management systems, we were frustrated, to say the least. We were tired of housing and maintaining a server and wanted a cloud solution for our business. That was when we were introduced to the folks at PartsWatch and soon after knew we had found the right partner for our software needs. Being a multi-store distributor, we move many parts between locations; PartsWatch understood our specific needs where the other systems had fallen short. The creation of a multi-store distributed purchase order was a must, and PartsWatch delivered. They continue to update and enhance the features of the software as well. PartsWatch is constantly building, adding, and enhancing their product and not just “maintaining” it says a lot about this company.
I also take stock in knowing that we are part of the process. A strong line of communication is maintained with us as things grow and develop. We are always informed, and customer support is top-notch. No more waiting around a day or two for a phone call or email from these other old legacy systems.
